Thanks for your complimentary feedback, Isabel and Dan! I'll have to admit though that my presence of mind wasn't all that great. I was already sitting on the couch with camera in hand, taking pictures of Bamboo on the table while I was nursing a broken ankle. He snagged my clothes but not my leg (or I might never have gotten this!)

Wow - I guess these got away from me! Thank you so much - Cindy, Carolyn, Carrie and Katrina - for your kind comments. I really appreciate your taking the time to respond to this photo. While I was disappointed at the shadow in Bamboo's mouth, I didn't have any time to plan out a better exposure - I was totally on auto-react. But while it's not technically the greatest, the expression really said it all! Thanks again!
