Drinking On Top of the World
1/1250s @ f/9.0, ISO 5000, Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6 VRII @ 400mm, hand-held.
This male house finch was about to enjoy a drink from our water fountain...a large concrete sphere,now partially covered in moss. The gurgling fresh water is just irresistible!
Still with back brace and limited computer time. Hopefully will be back to full-speed next month!
