You can say it, but you would not be the first. As a matter of fact, last Christmas time I posted an image of Althea titled, "Cindy Lou Who." And quite a few people have made the same observation on her mother's facebook page. This is especially touching to my family who, in previous generations, knew Theodore Geisel (Dr Seuss). I had a great aunt who dated him, and my grandfather worked with him in the advertising world. My mother has several autographed books.
