At Philadelphia's annual Broad Street Run a few weeks ago, this police officer, in a festive mood, takes a moment before the start of the race to photograph his boss, the Police Commissioner, Charles Ramsey. You cannot see him, but he is there.

frank w. degenhardt 		  Everyone is a photographer now with the cell phones. I think its great for so many to capture the moment and not let it get away. A fun picture and you can see that festive mood on him as he takes the picture. A fun moment caught by your camera.
