Hi, Kiki! Thanks for stopping by. I was in a pet store when I took this photo. I doubt this bird would last an hour under the same roof as Riley... :/ As for the title, in America, people who are overweight and/or out of shape might eventually reach a point where they say, "It's time to hit (visit) the gym!"

LOL at your title Mary. That is so funny as it is one little pump bird. Even with the extra weight it is one pretty bird. I love its colors and look. Wish we had some of them around here. Beautifully composed with lovely details and I love the lighting to my friend. Take care.
