I've never seen these birds, Peter. I'm so surprised that vultures would have white feathers like this, given their natural work in feeding. They look like something somebody created in a strange dream. Beautifully captured here.

Egyptian vulture or Pharaoh's chicken. Their usual color is white, but young birds have a dark color. I took this picture in the Sofia Zoo.
