	Mr. President Portrait of William Peck, Abraham Lincoln presenter taken at a recent Civil War event. The original color image was converted to B&W using Topaz Black and White Effects. The vignette was applied using Smart Photo Editor. I photographed him in front of a large piece of black velvet. Robert Jensen
