The major storm that devastated the Northeast gently dropped six fluffy inches of snow (now gone) on Yardley, Pennsylvania.

I was outside shoveling walkways as the sun rose the day after the night of the snowfall.

Right on cue (sunrise) the landscaper who plows our long, winding, uphill driveway arrived.

I just love the photos of your driveway after a fresh blanket of snow, Michelle! It is so very picturesque - like in a winter wonderland! You are fortunate (although it may not always feel that way!) to live in such a beautiful, natural setting. Fortunate, too, that the storm sparred you the worst.

Beautiful winter scene! We are lucky to have our across the road neighbor plow our drive. He has to plow 1 1/2 miles down his own road to get to the highway, then on to our house. That was his road that I posted yesterday.
