A self portrait, captured last night! With the new moon, we are experiencing extreme changes in the tides, at the beaches.

A big thank you to Julianne, for going on another fun photography adventure.

A glorious image/self portrait, and perfectly fitting that it should be in the beautiful scene that you are a master of capturing!

Wow! First of all, you're a great athlete!! I have to wonder...How many jumps did it take before one was captured so perfectly?

Thanks so much. I went out in front of the camera, three times, jumped twice. But I bracketed the exposures, so I had 6 photographs to choose from. This was the first exposure from my second jump.

Anyway, it was fun. It was so pretty, I couldn't help but jump and sing with delight. I'm glad Julianne didn't mind hanging out with me. LOL!!!

Take care all,

Donna

Beautiful shot! As always! I'm curious Donna if you would share with me how you get such glossy shots?

Thanks Carol. I will send a private email, because I want to make sure I understand your question.

But for my sunset shots, I use a tripod. I love my Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM lens and use it whenever possible!!
