Frank, so glad that you captured the cotton field, I only saw them once in '58 travelling down south to Florida.I was very impressed that this ball of fluff could produce so may articles

Cotton is King in Texas as well. Excellent rural composition Frank. Finally catching up after busy time with ton of sick patients.

Terrific rural landscape Frank. It's nice to capture the land as it used to be as these days are disappearing quickly. Reminds me a bit of home on the prairies although we never have grown cotton.

Excellent capture and composition of this beautiful scene, Frank. The image makes me think of the Sally Field movie, "Places of the Heart". I never realized till I saw it that picking cotton was such a painful process...I prefer to enjoy the view in your photo!
