Engelsholm Castle dates back to 1452. Since 1952 and still today it's an art folk school.

This isn't the HAUNTED Castle is it????

I don't think I have ever seen a real castle in person besides Hurst's Castle on the S. California coastline. (You have been there too, right?)

I dream of seeing castles someday. As many as possible, and I'd love to put this one on the list. If we tell Dale about the Swan he will want to go, too! HeeHee :)

Both images are so intriguing!

Is this near you?

  Hi Sister.
I so enjoy your comments. Thank you so much.
No this is not the haunted castle. But it's only half an hours' drive from where we live.
Yes, we saw Hurst's Castle but we never visited it.
We have - I just checked - 643 castles in Denmark and I haven't even seen 10 of them. So when you come to Denmark I will drag you around to see as many as possible - and of course we will stay one night at the haunted castle, right? It's called Dragsholm castle.

Now wouldn't that be fun a "castle crawl!!" Over here we have pub crawls, where you visit lots of pubs & have a drink in each one!! Lovely image of the Swan!! Good work, thanks for showing us=^..^=
