Thanks, Kathy. No, this one was done in oil. I am still in what I call "pastel purgatory" which is the middle stage stage of the learning process before proceeding to oils but once in a while I try an oil one because I like them much more. This is a copy of my pavorite Sargent portrait. His was life size and the look in her eyes is priceless!
