The line of pillars is a good one, and it leads to your subject who you've well-placed off-center, on the third. I like how your model uses his hands on the post. The shade gives you nice even lighting on your model. Good job! The bright patches of sunlight reflecting in the window are distracting, though. Be careful when shooting in shade that the background is in shade too.
