I think you deserve to get the gold just for seeing this in the first place. What an eye, then you set it up perfectly using the building for a backdrop. The pov gives that beautiful vertical look and the lines if the lights form an eod artwork. Just fabulous my friend.

Great find, capture, and composition, Jeff! This is one of those times when dozens (hundreds) of people pass these without a second glance. Then your photo-trained eyes see it and you make it a wonderful EOD entry. Cool!
