Lucky you, Bobby; we just spent five days in the desert and didn't have one thunder storm...disappointing to say the least! This is an exceptional image, superb timing, comp, light and detail!

Whoa!!! Looks like you got what you were waiting for, Bobby! How electrifying! ... and scary!!! It appears this bolt is going sideways and then up, ... rather than straight down! Never seen anything like it before! Amazing capture, my friend! I'm with the others though when I say ... BE CAREFUL!!! Playing in the rain can be very dangerous! :)

You sure do know how to thrill us with these exciting and most beautiful pictures. You are a master at this, catching that lightning right at the perfect time and then this display by nature lights up the sky. I also love the fact that the houses and the cars are so well detailed. That is some fantastic camera work my friend. You have three series going that I just love.
The lightning here, the cars, and the desert scenes. Quality work my friend.
