I love the colors in this image, Lisa. The crop works well as well. I wish that there was a tad more of the little yellow dudes in focus. Otherwise, looks good to me.

I like it also for the same reasons Lisa. Lots of my flowers had this same limited DOF so will be looking into focus stacking. Check it out.

this is very nice Lisa, I think you've done a great job. I believe your crop works great. I agree with dale on the focus stacking but can only be done with a tripod.

As has already been said, beautiful colors and I agree with the little yellow things being in more focus. I will have to look up focus stacking, Dale, because I haven,t got a clue what you are talking about.

Yep I agree with Jeff...if those yellow things were in sharper focus it would have been spot on in my mind. :~) The rich colors are very inviting and so is the light. I've never heard of focus stacking either.....

Thanks everyone. I've never heard of focus stacking either, I will have to look it up! I took this for a class I was in, and the assignment was either to use 'hyperfocal' or limited depth of field. I'm very fuzzy on hyperfocal anything and will make that my project for next month.

Awe...I'm a sucker for pretty flowers Congrats on the EP... @Dale...guess I'm really out of the loop for being absent so long...I've no idea what focus stacking is and have never heard the term before either. Do tell!
