Thank you Kay, Val, and Danny! And Danny I don't mind a bit! The program is Smart Photo Editor, an inexpensive but very fun program that Tom H made me aware of. (Thanks Tom!) The filter I've come to use the most is Oil Paintbrushes by Vivienne Li, then I play around from there!
