I had a rough time layering this image last night. Maybe I was too tired. It's not the way I pictured it turning out but it's close and I just wanted to get it posted.

I agree. I hate war and rumors of war but it's true. It's part of this life and the bad guys would gladly take us over and take our freedoms away if we let them so what else can we do?

P.S.S. We thought we were going to lose him yesterday. The Dr asked us if we were ready for Hospice to come in. I think my brother said yes but then when he rushed down to be with Dad, dad did respond to a few things. I think for now they are holding off. I will know more later today.

I'm doing okay today. Just trying to be there for my brother to share he responsibilities.

Hospice has been called to be with Dad now.

I am in a bit of a daze here lately. Nostalgia is hitting me hard. Memories of fun times and hard ones..love as family and knowing how much I will miss my Father...In fact I read Raymond's comment for each time it posted...I wish none of us ever had to hurt or had to die.

Thank you Ray. I'm glad it posted over and over. I needed the words you shared, and was happy to read it again and again.

I'm so very sorry that you lost your dear Mother. I know how badly it hurts. I was 24 when I lost my Mom. I've never stopped missing her. BUT I have to tell you as the years go on the memories really do get sweeter and the pain lessens. I was amazed that after a year of Mom being gone it still felt like yesterday that we lost her. Even up to 5 years later is was still a fairly fresh wound. Now it was been over 25 years and I miss her a lot but now I can think of her and smile really big without crying. :)

I'll keep you in my prayers too. Okay? :)
