I'd love to hear the story behind the bread lady. Some of the pieces of bread seem torn? This made me linger there looking and wondering if she was homeless and collected bread to eat or maybe not homeless but owned pigeons and collected bread for her birds?

This is a very story telling image and I'd love to know what it is. It's very National Geographic in quality and nature.
