In the past two months I've seen holly with big puffy white flowers, holly with red leaves, and holly with blue berries. Who knew?

But these are the usual variety, still bearing last Autumn's berries and with this year's new flowers.

Those sharp edges of the leaves can protect the berries from us but not the birds. A beautiful look at the holly bush.
