I had to laugh when I first seen this, I didn't even have to look at the name. There is only one person who can turn a blossom sprig into a beauty like this. Very beautifully done Val, we wont see anything like this for many weeks.

It is gorgeous, love the treatment you used.
Up here in Maryland, weather has been crazy this Winter too, one day in bathing suit, the next day you need a heavy winter coat.

Magnificent Val. Spring is definitely on the way but we also had snow the other night. Awoke Sunday and thought I was in the wrong state. Beautiful floral presentation of things yet to come.

Am really enjoying my gallery visit, Val, catching up on so many wonderful images I've missed...this went straight to my favorites - I think you have a Winner here - this is positively stunning! I don't know how you do this, it almost looks three-dimensional and yet is so very delicate with superb detail. And your texture work is truly exceptional - you have become a real master at this genre. I wish I could learn your secrets - I always feel so clumsy when I work with textures.
