Greve in Chianti
Street corner activity in the village of Greve in Chianti, the principal town in the Chanti wine district just south of Florence. It is a small, quiet town well off the main roads but very picturesque and quaint. We were fortunate to have a local guide to take us to all these off-the-beaten-path places, plus he knew where the best food and wine were!

I never come to your gallery without wishing I was smack-dab in the middle of one of your captures....and no exception here!! Love the narrow alleyway, the beautiful garden balconies, the warm colors, the wonderful detail in the slice of life in this wonderful town...and a glass of Chianti wouldn't hurt, either! :) :) Beautiful capture, Ann!
