Brilliant find and presentation, Danny. It's like a dream. As a child I had a picture book (don't remember which one) that had on its cover a little girl swinging HIGH on the end of a tree swing. She seemed as though she was swinging to the sky. I ALWAYS wanted a swing like this, where if I pumped hard enough, I could reach the sky. This triggered those feelings.

Your treatment has made this look like a memory or a dream. Very cool. I had a tire swing when I was a kid. I loved it until one day when I was on the swing my older brother decided to start pushing me to see just how high I could go and needless to say I was flying high. It was the greatest feeling....until the rope broke. OUCH!

Your fall scenes here are all exquisite, Danny. I love your work with them. There is something about this one that is so emblematic of the season especially. The light waning, the days shortening, the leaves turning, and the children abandoning their play and returning to school.
