A Farm House


	A Farm House Sericulture was the main industry of my hometown. There were some silk-raising farm houses like this one in my town when I was a kid. They are all gone now. This restored farm house shows the typical style of silk-raising farm houses in old days. The fire place called "irori" was the center of a farm house and used as a socializing spot. You can see a wall clock on the left and a household altar on right of the beam. Alex T. Mizuno
