Hi, Ron, Sabrina and Arthur!
Thank you very much.
They certainly drew attention and were more than happy to have their picture taken.

As soon as I became aware of them, I quickly grabbed my camera and with a smile started a lively conversation with the Captain. As it turns out, he enjoys photography and had just returned from a morning on a boat shooting the migrating whales.

The Captain is a veteran and Polly is his service animal. She reminds him to take med's, alerts him his phone is ringing (etc) and has been with him for about 13 years. Amazing!!

I took this image, waving a good bye and watched as many other people hesitantly approached to request a photo.

Awesome story and a real nautical classic capture. Whats not to love about this one.
