The dentist looks like a caricature to me, Juri. Very Rockwellian, and a wonderful whimsical look at Dentistry. (I must recommend the book "The Excrutiating History of Dentistry." It's a quick read and gives you unforgettable goosebumps!) Just checked the price on Amazon and it's $6 U.S.
