This waterlily has a we friend in the lower right hand corner, (a toad) thus I thought of fairytales, and named this image, Fairytale Waterlily. It would be fun to write a story with this image as inspiration! Many get well prayers and wishes to three of our BP family members: Annette Carr John Connolly Tony Ebben

I wouldn't have even noticed the "wee friend" in the corner had you not mentioned him! He really blends in with his environment! Do you think if we gave him a kiss he'd turn into a handsome prince? Ha! Ha! Fabulous capture of this beautiful lily, my friend ... and a wonderful dedication for 3 of our dear BP friends! Hope you get better soon, Annette, John & Tony!!! My thoughts and prayers are with you all! :)

I think that there are many of us BPers who of the age group where something is going hay wire all the time. There seems to be no surprise when it happens. Wish all a fast recovery and keep positive. Beautiful dedication Nancy

An AWESOME dedication, Twinsy!!! I can feel the healing powers working on me. :DI wish ANNETTE, JOHN, and TONY a speedy recovery! We should start a story: One day long ago in Fairyland, a princess fell in love with the castle gardener at first sight as he plucked peaches from a tree and gently laid them in a fine woven basket. His manner was so gentle even though he had a fine muscled body. And his black curly hair glistened in the sun in an inviting manner. One day Penelope had the courage to walk up to him and ask if she could help as he clipped long stemmed red roses for the Queen. **** Next person's turn

I agree with Ron! I hope that John and Tony and Annette get well VERY SOON! I've been gone the last 15 days visiting my Daddy who had renal failure. May our thoughts also go to whoever else might be reading this that needs our love and thoughts and prayers!Love, Laura :) xoxoxo **** Okay Nancy! Story continuation **** The day was perfect. The aroma of the Royal Rose gardens filled the air. Was love also in it? The gardeners name was, "Tutor". He was a natural at teaching his trade to others. He had a brother "Skooter" who was always on the "go" and another brother "Hooter" that was a court jester for Penelopy's Father, the King. The three brothers lived humble lives in the nearby village of "Peachland". Penelope, the Princess, loved all people. Not just the Royals. In fact she found some of the "family" rather stuffy!!! She had often spoken to the royal staff members and been scolded not to do so... When she approached him and asked if she lend a hand at clipping, he said, ... **** Next poerson's turn

Mary Lorna Pat Courtenay Wm N Christine L Ellen Ron Tammy Joyce Nancy JL Laura Linda Nancy H Kathy THANK YOU all for your kind comments and get well wishes & prayers for Annette, John and Tony. I am sure they will all be pleased, with our caring about them.
Now for the story.... mmmm "Well, of course, you can help!" and he explained to her the importance of just where to clip on the stems. When they were finished, he handed the last cut rose to her. "This one is special, and it is for you!" Penelope blushed as she took the beautiful red rose and stated...

...And she said "Kind Sir, how is it that you know I am not well? How did you know that I needed healing?"And the handsome gardener retorted, "I know many things. I have watch you from afar for such a long time. I hope you are not offended that I speak to you so freely?" She smiled and said, "Of course not. Not many have the courage to speak to me as you do because of my position in the kingdom. I quite like it. Especially from you..." They paused and smiled at one another. He said, "My lady, I know of three others that are not well today. Lady Annette, Sir John and Lord Tony. Do you know of them? I quite think that you might??? Shall I gather healing flowers and garden things for them? I dare not without your permission since the gardens be yours!!!

I have got a basket of Daisies that were for John and meant to take a photo four days ago with little Annie inside the basket in the green of the garden. IT HAS BEEN RAINING EVER SINCE!! They are still blooming, maybe tomorrow then. ~Pat

First thank you everyone for your kind prayers and well wishes for Annette, John, and Tony. I am sure all will be pleased to hear from you, and recover well. As the Fairystory goes....
"Yes of course, lets gather them together, so we can send flowers and cards to all who are under the weather and in need of healing. And they did, many were gifted with healing flowers, cards, and most of all caring wishes and friendships. As far as the Princess goes, the gardner admitted he was a Prince, and...they fell deeply in love. They continued the gifting, married, and lived happily ever after! 8o)

And in the happily ever after world, they had 3 children, each with a special gift. The two sons were finely muscled yet very gentle, just like their father. Their hands had healing powers and they traveled throughout the countryside, laying their hands on the sick and healing them. Their daughter was beautiful, the fairest in all the land. She was gentle like her father and as kind as her mother. Princes came from all around the world to ask her for her hand in marriage. She chose wisely and brought 2 beautiful grandchildren to her parents, the Queen and the King.Thank you so much everyone for your sweet get well wishes. And Nancy, you are an angel.
