* Flannel Flower *
"Actinotus helianthi, (or) Flannel Flower, is a common sight in bushland around Sydney, Australia. Despite its appearance, it is not a member of the daisy family but rather a species...of the Mackinlayaceae family, the same family as the carrot...The flannel flower is generally a herbaceous shrub Refer: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Actinotus_helianthi ~~~~~ Category: ~ Monthly Theme ('Delicate') ~

I would never have guessed this soft, lovely flower is related to the carrot, Carolyn!!!! Thanks for the information on this GORGEOUS floral and LOVE your composition, My Friend!<:)) I will check out the site you provided. We changed clocks a few weeks ago and I know it takes 'my internal clock' a few days to adjust. I still haven't changed the clock in my truck. I had a new radio installed a few months ago and I can't figure out how to set the darn thing!(LOL)<:))
