Thank you, Phellos! I must have taken a couple of hundred of these samaras before I found the "right" one. Nancyj - Your gallery is stunning. I love all your close-ups and textured florals. I need to learn more about textures because I really like how they look. I've "dabbled" a bit but need to work at them more. Did you learn with a class or is there a book out there somewhere that can help?
