Just one tiny isolation of wonderment at Philadelphia's Magic Garden on 1022 South Street. This was the place that Sean could not wait to show me.

(from a Google Search): Covering an indoor and outdoor space equivalent to half a city block, Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens glisten with creativity, urban renaissance and a hint of madness. Isaiah Zagar, a local artist who began tiling South Street in the 1960s and never stopped, constructed the space out of cement, bicycle spokes, bottles, ceramic shards and other artistic knick-knacks.

A genius of a comp and the perfect angle to catch all the wonderful light thru the myriad of different colored glass..Austin has it's own "Cathedral of Junk" on the same order but Mr. Zagar has him beat hands down - this is a glorious feast for the eyes - he has quite the artistic flair...and the quirky "madness" is right up my alley...Great find, super capture, Michelle!
