Hi,
UB, thanks so much for your comments. It looks harder to do than it actually is. You blow a soap bubble (the kind children play with) and carefully position it where the drops will fall. You can use the wand that you blow the bubbles thru and place it on top of the bubble and gently move it around in the water tray.
You just need some patience.
