A great "slice of Aussie life" capture, Tony. (What's "arvo?")

Thanks a lot Michelle, I'm pleased to show you around over here. Arvo is short for afternoon.

What a superb capture of this rural Hunter Valley scene, Tony...but that ominous-looking cloud in the background is a bit of a worry!! Hopefully it was just smoke from a controlled burn!! ;o/

Haven't the days been wonderful around here lately Tony! A well seen image, beautifully captured! According to the news last night there are controlled burns being conducted over a wide area while the weather is suitable!

GREAT shot, very inviting view of Aussie life! I, too, hope that fire is a controlled burn, it sure adds drama to your photo! ccc

Thanks Candice, pleased to be able to show you around. Didn't hear of any bushfires so I guess it was a burn-off.

That must've been quite the barbecue, Tony! Seriously, this is a great rural scene, but it raises the question: why is there a blanket on the horse?

Thanks Mary. Not sure why the horse was wearing it's coat then, as it hadn't started to cool down. Often you see the poor things rugged up in the warm weather.
