I call this a winner, Elida. The colors are very unusual -- and very pleasing! -- the focus is wonderfully effective and the composition works so well. I love this.

I'm finally doing my favorites for 101 and after much reflection, I'm going with this one for you. I love the color, light, clarity and especially the focus -- everything about this makes it a winner for me. For me, other special shots among your August entries were, as always, your portraits of your beautiful daughters. Couldn't pick a favorite there. And Framed which was actually my runner-up. I think the effects, tones and composition are all perfect.
