Melissa- I have yet to see these amazing pods that look like something from outer space. I find them so fasinating in shape and in colors. Love the angle of your shot and the way you let us look down into the the holes to see the seeds it holds.

Veeeery fascinating shot, Melissa! I do love these lotus pods although of course they're usually brown and this one is rather "psychedelic!" The form is so captivating. Love these colors and the clarity and detail are amazing too!
