Thanks Tammy. Yes, I do have a bird-bath but I think they all like the size of the pool better. I only ever see small wagtails use the bird-bath.

I feel sorry for all our wildlife at the moment Chris! It was 27ºC/80F at my computer desk at 6.30 this morning, I hope that change comes through in a hurry!

Thank you all for your comments, sorry to take so long to reply, I'm slack!!! Well the wildlife know what heat is the last 2 days here. I have had to keep topping up the bird-bath & put the sprinkler on in one of my tress for them.
