Well the response to this entry is bringing some very warm and wonderful feelings to me -- thank you all so very much. I was worried that this version was too dark but maybe it's not :) I even got a couple of personal e-mails from friends who had commented here in the thread but wanted to make sure I knew they REALLY liked the image -- means a lot when that happens. One of those friends is Mel and she shared an original poem which she said I could share with you as I liked it so much.

As I Sat Upon My Day Bed
The Breeze Began to Blow
Chasing Away The Cobwebs
And Urging Me to Go

I like the idea that the outdoors is beckoning through that open window. Thanks, Mel.

Thank you all so very much for sharing my pleasure in this win with me. I don't get many favorites and this one had way more than any other image in my gallery so I knew it had broad appeal; that's the main reason I decided to give it another chance.
