Thanks Gary, Janet and Lisa. I appreciate your comments. The technique is very simple Lisa. I just used a slow shutter speed (1/6 sec.) and moved the camera vertically (called panning)and this is the result. You can vary the speed at which you move the camera and get different results. Give it a shot. It's easy. Thanks for asking.
