  Thank you, Liz.
Birds were really spooky today with a hawk flying overhead.

I set up my equipment at their favorite feeders, and they went to another in the yard. Finally, a bird here and there would fly through for a fast bite...and I'd get lucky.

I really appreciate your comments, they mean so much to me.

Thank you, Nikki, Chris, and Zita. I was definitely surprised that this caught the judge's eye for a Finalist.

I've opted to endure the pain with a vegan diet change and avoidance of trigger foods. It's better than surgery, which increases the risk of infections, or constant cortisone injections in the spine, which damages the immune system and increases the risks of infections. Recommend the book, Foods That Fight Pain: Revolutionary New Strategies for Maximum Pain Relief. Time will tell whether my compressed lumbar spine is on the mend.

Recommendation to everyone. Get off the computer and exercise every day. This has been a hard lesson learned!

I set a alarm and make myself stop what I am doing & get on the stair master at least once a night for at least 20 min. a time.
It also helps that I have a horse...when I do anything with her from the ground it means these 2 short legs need to pace themselves with 4 long legs. Also, forces me out of the house in the day time:)

Congrats again and hope you are feeling better soon!

Your horse images are beautiful. I love horses, although have not ridden in decades. Something always stood in my way every time I tried to buy a horse --usually my mother, but now my husband. With all my injuries, it's just as well.

Thank you for your good wishes.

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
