Thanks everyone for all your wonderful comments. Jan I frist created a new page longer then my image and then layered my image in the new page and then added the flood filter from Flaming Pear and then created new layer and added the filter from Topaz Simplifer BuzSim lowered opacity until I liked the look. Both filters can be downloaded to try out free.
