Hey Lisa I love the effect you are going for here! The frame concerns me though...seems to be off on the top right and lower right...I would fix it and resubmit..it's a fab image otherwise!

Hi Lisa, Great compositon and effect. Roseann has made a good suggestion about the frame.

Thanks Gary,Roseann,Burl and Larry- I'm glad you like the photo.

The border of the photo is from a CD I have and is designed to have those gaps. I will consider using another border but I thought this particular one gave a nostalgic feel.

Lisa I think it would be terrific without a border! Your image and effects are well thought out and done! Good action, crop and I really like the overall green tone.

I think the border would work if the chunks out of it weren't "even"..if it's nostalgic then they would be more unevenly worn..that is if you want to keep the border, but like Murry said, it really doesn't need a border...it's a fab image!

It seems to be unanimous!- No border. I'm uploading the photo without the border and will be interested in any additonal critique.

I sincerely want to thank everyone for all the input you have already offered. All of it has been very helpful.
