Thank you Sean! This shot was all about light, time, luck and a little skill. The pelicans where flying across that path for an hour and I kept trying to time a wave as a pelican flew past and out of two dozen shots I got this one.

Just exquisite, Paul! I know what you mean about those birds (and of course, that magic light!) but this was worth the wait, for sure. Just STUNNING!
