There are few locations that compare with Algol on Skye not least because it's exciting section of coast backed by dramatic mountains that is situated on the west coast thereby receiving the direct light from a setting sun. I opted to photograph the reflected light in conjunction with the incoming tide as the soft light of sunset warmed the backdrop.

Pentax 67II, 55-100 zoom, 0.6ND grad, f/16 at 1 second. Velvia.
