Previous Entries of the Past Month


I have tried to reach out to Jim, said my problem has been corrected....but it is not. When you view the Previous Month's entries.....Does the page only show 11 entries? Is there a way to reduce the size of the images? Is there a area that you can direct your concerns or a help section to get a problem resolved quicker? I see alot of areas on this website do not work. Is there a person that can help? or is it just Jim?

you don't know me, but I have been here a goodly long time, and even when BetterPhoto has been slow to answer I assure you they are working on the problems that do seem to keep popping up, as well as other problems that have occured since the change over of systems......Please be patient as I am sure you will hear something in time...   Hi Rita Jane,

I too have been a member for a very long time here on BP. I am just wondering why no communication, whether or not they have fixed the problem. I am not even sure who the "support team" is? Since renewing my membership, I still see areas on this website that still are not in use or have been corrected? If they are working on the issues, they should address them or keep us informed. Have a nice day as well.

  I don’t know what’s going on with BP but looking at the ‘Previous Month Entries’ I just discovered that I “have no photos entered into the contest during the previous month”. However, I did enter 5 images on October 31 and on that day they were there under ‘My Current Entries’. I hope it’s just a glitch which will be fixed soon. Anyway it’s especially disappointing since it was my first submissions in a year.

  Go check your winning images.

I have not entered the contest for awhile so I can't address this particular issue but I have photos that are completely missing. I just noticed that several pictures were missing from my gallery. Then I could not find them in my "Manage/Enter" either.

Next I discovered the missing photos do not show up in previous contest winners. August 2019 is the last month that has all of the winning photos displayed. Some of the photos will display if you click on the photo title. But when I click to display my winning images I get this message. "This photo has been removed, or set to private. The website owner likely is only wants to publish it on his or her BetterPholio Website.

Either way, the photo you have requested is not set to publically display here."
