lenses

I have a pentax K-1000 and a ZX-60. I'd like to know why I can't use my manual lenses on the ZX-60, even in the manual mode. If you know how I can do so, please tell me! Thank you!

In order to make the ZX-60 less expensive it has just the electronic connections, but does not have the full mechanical linkage to allow the older manual lenses to work. This is known as the "crippled" K-AF mount.

See http://www.bdimitrov.de/kmp/technology/K-mount/crippled.html

A wealth of information on K-mount lenses and cameras is at the home page, http://www.bdimitrov.de/kmp/
