Uploading photos for contest
After I upload a picture, I will go to the contest page and click on it in the newest entries list and when it starts downloading the picture at the top it will sometimes say photo contest incoming and then other times it will just say photo contest. What does the incoming mean? The following photo was uploaded tonight and it said incoming.
