Opening files in Photoshop 7 I have a PC with Windows 98 and am trying to open files (jpeg) and CD’s (tiff) in Photoshop 7. When I try to do this by clicking on the particular file, I keep getting a box that says “Program Not Found. Windows cannot find Program.exe. This program is needed for opening files of type ‘jpg/tiff’ file”. If I use the file browser in Photoshop 7, I don’t have a problem opening any files. Please help!
