What is the diffrence in cameras I recently peurchased a Canon 3000N in St. Maarten and I'm not sure what to compare it to see if I got a good deal or not because it is a international version. Another reason why this is important to me is because I would like to purchase new lens and I needed to know if I have a compatable lens or even if it really matters.

The specification and features of Canon cameras are available at the Canon online Camera Museum: http://www.canon.com/camera-museum/index.html I don't see a 3000N listed, but the EOS 3000 is very similar to, but not exactly the same as, the Rebel XS.

P.S. All Canon EOS cameras, whether for the US or other markets, use the same EF lens mount.
