Photography Question

shutter speeds

I am new to the photography game, and am going out to various locations to shoot. I am using slower speed film 100 and 200 when shooting scenic areas in case I want to enlarge them.

What is the slowest shutter speed that can be used with these spped films and still get a quality shot? Does it also depend on the F-Stop setting?

Thanks for your help.

Yikes! You are asking more than you know (obviously). Are you using a tripod? Do you understand how exposure works? It sounds to me like you need to visit a bookstore and buy some books on exposure. I don't mean to sound dismissive but your last question leads me to believe that your problem is larger than what shutter speed to use for scenics.
