There's also Adobe Photoshop Express that lets you reduce noise, sharpen, soft focus, crop, saturation, exposure, etc, etc. And you can add borders and other effects. I can't remember if it's free or a couple of dollars, but it's pretty easy to use.

There are so many entertaining photo apps. My favs: Hipstamatic (a must have), Infinicam, and 100 Cameras In1. They all allow you to take a picture (or use one on your camera roll) and see how it would look if taken by various vintage style cameras and film or lenses. Hipstamatic is cheap (they all are) and you can add on packs that don't cost more than 99 cents. Too much fun. Let me know what you end up with!
