Replacing a hard drive on an IMAC

My 320GB hard drive on my 24" IMAC has gone belly up so I am looking to replace it myself with a faster 1TB drive.
Anyone have any experience with this ?
I have read a few things and it doesn't seem too hard but want to get some opinions before acting on this. Any feedback regarding the physical requirements and recommended internal hard drives will be much appreciated :)

I will be replacing my hard drive next week with this...
Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB Bulk/OEM Hard Drive 3.5
Inch, 32 MB Cache, 7200 RPM SATA II WD1001FALS for a replacement. Only $87 at Amazon :)
